Softball Practice
- Make sure you have designated a starting time
that has everyone at the field with time to change their shoes
from their bag, putting on lotion, etc. etc.
- They start every day the same with a slow jog
to warm up and they should run in an organized line or partners as
they jog around the field in a line of twos.
- Select a senior or leader to take them thru
the stretches that are required. Here are some workout links:
- Always have throwing drills to work on form
and quick release and to build strength
- Break into the drills of the day. Check out
other sections of this website for drills of a wide variety. Daily
work on hitting, strategy, skills, etc. etc.
- Finish with running and cool down exercises or
some type of strategy work needed for the next day.
