2. HANDICAP FLIGHTS:
We have 4 flight groups with our handicaps for awarding prizes and competition:
1st flight ... 2nd flight ... 3rd flight ... and the 4th flight handicaps are posted on the bulletin board and change from time to time so we don't list them here. We attempt to keep equal numbers in each flight, if possible.

3. PLAY OF THE DAY: (POD) and PAY OUTS
The directory lists all Play of the Day. Score cards are prepared for each week. Winnings are posted on the board and entered in a book which is kept at the Golf Shop. All winnings are to be used by the end of December each year.

ALSO you need to be at the clubhouse 15 minutes before you tee off. If your group has already teed off, (you are late) you must play in a later group as you will not be playing with your group unless you are there on time and teeing off together.

........ PAY OUTS ...
You must have enough golfers playing in your flight in order to receive money. We have 4 flights. Here is the breakdown:
6 or more players will pay 1-2-3 ... 4 or 5 golfers in your flight will pay 1st & 2nd ... 3 players will pay 1st only ...
2 players in your flight will not pay any money at all and this has never happened.

13. LUNCHEON CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you sign up and find you cannot make a luncheon:

  1. You must also call the Hostess (listed in directory and also check e-mail page) for the luncheon or the President to cancel. Informing the Golf Shop does not relieve you of your responsibility to call the Hostess.
  2. You must cancel for the luncheon no later than the Sunday before the Wednesday luncheon or you will be billed for lunch. The amount billed will be the amount of the shortage divided by the number of no shows. (I.e. two people don't show up and haven't called and one additional person shows up -- shortage is $16.00 then each person is charged $8). The list of those owing money will be posted on the bulletin board and the money must be paid before that member is allowed to attend the next luncheon
