What an awesome day! We went out on a kayaking/snorkeling tour along Ningaloo Reef near Exmouth. Mari was the perfect guide on beautiful calm day. The ocean had settled down after windy day so the water was crystal clear. We saw so much, snorkeling from the shore and from the kayaks. We were in a huge aquarium, hundreds of fish, turtles, dolphins, rays and even a couple sharks! It was hard to pick out pictures to send, this is just a small sample of the day.

Getting some instruction before we head off from Ned’s Camp.

We’re off, practicing our technique.

Clear, calm waters....priceless!

We stopped along the beach for morning tea before heading off for snorkeling. There are miles of empty beach.

Roxy is snorkeling, she looks pretty comfortable. Nari, our guide, gave her confidence to go......waaay far out!!

We saw many turtles, this one was posing for us.

We also saw sharks. Fortunately there was plenty of food & Nari assured us we weren’t on the menu.

Linda had fun diving to check out the coral closeup and many, many fishes, all shapes, sizes and colors.

Beautiful coral & fish!

Kayak raft. We jumped in, tied the kayaks together and drifted over coral, snorkeling along. It was a bit challenging getting back in the kayak. Roxy was happy not to be dumped out.
