Duties of the Coordinator

1 - Responsible for compling a list of issues that will to
be addressed at our meeting.
2 - Send out emails for each team to confirm competition dates
for the following year.
3 - Remind everyone about the first meeting which is always
the last Monday in November.
4 - Remind everyone about bringing scorecards for each team
at the November meeting.
5 - The coordinator is the person that is the main contact
for bringing up any issues that need to be addressed throughtout
the entire season.
6 - Type up an agenda for the end of the season meeting after
competition is done.

as follows:
2009 - 2010 Johnson Ranch
2010 - 2011 Kokopelli
2011 - 2012 Apache Wells
2012 - 2013 Queen Valley
and then we start all over again
FUN
DAY ROTATION (when we have an even # of teams) will be
2012-13 at Kokopelli
2013-14 at Apache Wells
2014-15 at Queen Valley
2015-16 We are down to ODD NUMBER of 5 teams so NO Fun Day.
2016-17 We are down to ODD NUMBER of 5 teams so NO Fun Day.
2017-18 at Johnson Ranch
2018-19 We are down to ODD NUMBER of 5 teams so NO Fun Day.
2019-20 at Apache Creek
2020-21 COVID --- No Competition
2021 until ..... We are at an ODD NUMBER of 5 teams so NO
Fun Day.
11-21-2021 -- Johnson Ranch cancelled so we have 4 teams and
no Fun Day as they cancelled end of November.
2022-23 we are at an odd number of teams so no Fun Day
APACHE WELLS HAS JUST
dropped out
as of 12-1-2023 so we will need a Fun Day
