Have people available to help guest teams locate their assigned carts and starting holes.
Team players' names should be visible on golf carts.

Provide complimentary range balls (if possible).

Prepare or email result scoresheets for each Captain (4) plus 1 to be mounted on the wall for the Coordinator to record the day's scores for each match. Have the Club Pro or yourself post the scores visible for Captains to copy onto their own sheets..

Inform course personnel of our standing rule - slow play teams MUST pick up,
split the point and move to the next tee.
